RESERVATIONS

Pre-booking your treatment is essential so we can best accommodate your needs. 

Please check-in at Petrichor Day Spa at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you have adequate time to fill out a consultation form and enjoy a refreshing drink before your treatment.

You can access Petrichor Day Spa via the lift (press floor 3) located on the ground floor.

Gift Voucher Policy: 

All Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date. Gift Vouchers purchased for a specific treatment or promotion are valid for 3 years, but revert to dollar value if used after the first 12months.  

(this is to accommodate for general yearly rising of costs)

Cancellation and Re-schedulinG

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know within 24 hours of your treatment or 48 hours for group bookings by calling us on Ph:07 39021889.

We reserve appointment times just for You, failure to notify us within those times will result in a 50% cancellation fee and any deposits will be withheld.

Gift Certificate code will be required to secure the booking. Non-attendance without notification, for the booking made with a Gift Certificate, will also result in forfeiture of Gift Certificates.

Pre-Natal and Children

Please let us know of your pregnancy when you reserve your booking to ensure both your wellness and enjoyment. Some spa treatments may require you to be over your first trimester. Please advise at time of booking of any major health concerns.

Spa treatments are suitable for those 14 years and above. Children under that age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We recommend enjoying a treatment together in our double room.

What to Wear

Casual attire is best. If you are having a body treatment, disposable underwear will also be provided.

Valuables

Your belongings will remain with you at all times. However, we recommend you leave your valuables at home.

If you are unsure of any aspect of your visit to spa, please do not hesitate to ask your therapist or front desk attendant.

Wednesday 9am - 5pm (late night may be available depending on therapist availability, please enquire if interested)

Thursday 9am - 5pm (late night may be available depending on therapist availability, please enquire if interested)

Friday 9am - 5pm

Saturday 9am - 5pm

Sunday - Closed (booking may be available upon requests and depending on therapist availability. 10% sunday surcharge will apply)
